COVID-19 Nucleic Acid RT-PCR Test Kit is a real-time RT-PCR test intended for the qualitative detection of RNA from the SARS-CoV-2 in upper respiratory specimens (such as nasal, mid-turbinate, nasopharyngeal, oropharyngeal swab specimens and nasopharyngeal wash/aspirate or nasal aspirate specimens) from individuals suspected of COVID-19 by their healthcare provider.. Our multiplex SARS-CoV-2 diagnostic test kit has received FDA Emergency Use Authorization (EUA).

Roche Elecsys® Anti‑SARS‑CoV‑2 Test
We provide an antibody test in order to identify individuals with an adaptive immune response to SARS‑CoV‑2, indicating recent or prior infection. Roche Elecsys® Anti‑SARS‑CoV‑2 is an immunoassay intended for qualitative detection of antibodies to SARS‑CoV‑2 in human serum and plasma (K2‑EDTA, K3‑EDTA, Li‑heparin). Screening Test
COVID-19 Testing
Screening testing for SARS-CoV-2 is intended to identify infected persons who are asymptomatic and without known or suspected exposure to SARS-CoV-2. Screening testing is performed to identify persons who may be contagious so that measures can be taken to prevent further transmission.

1. Contact us
Contact Sinochips Diagnostics (877) 746-6244. Within 1 business day an account will be created, and you will receive access to our result portal.
2. Receive sample collection kits
Within 1-2 days the healthcare provider (HCP) will receive the sample collection kit for the Diagnostic (rRT-PCR) Test. The sample collection kit includes a nasopharyngeal swab and the universal transport media in a vial to maintain the RNA/DNA quality during transportation.
3. Send samples to us
After the test is ordered by the HCP and patient sample is collected, the HCP will put the sample, and the test order/requisition form in the provided bag and deliver to Sinochips Diagnostics
4. Receive results
The HCP will receive the results through our result portal within 1 business day for the Diagnostic (rRT-PCR) Test and Screening Test, and 3 business days for the Serology (Antibody) Test.
FAQ
COVID-19 Testing
COVID-19 infection is caused by the SARS-CoV-2 virus, which is responsible for the current global pandemic. SARS-CoV-2 spreads from person to person by respiratory droplets and is mostly easily transmitted when people are in close contact with one another.
A specimen for a COVID-19 molecular test is usually collected by inserting a swab through the nose to the back of the throat. That specimen is then sent to a laboratory.
For our Diagnostic Test (RT-PCR) test, the result is available next day after sample receipt at Sinochips Diagnostics. For our Antibody (Serology) test, the turn-around-time is typically 3 days.
A negative result means that the person tested most likely did not have an active COVID-19 infection at the time the sample was collected.
False-negative results are possible, so retesting might be recommended if a clinician still suspects COVID-19.
A positive result means that the patient has an active COVID-19 infection and, in accordance with CDC guidance, should self-isolate and stay away from others.
In the event of breathing trouble or other emergency warning signs, seek emergency medical care.
Yes. Although molecular diagnostic tests are highly specific, occasionally tests can yield a false-positive or false-negative result.
The price of our COVID-19 Diagnostic (rRT-PCR) Test is $150, and $65 for Serology (Antibody) Test to our hospital and laboratory clients. Sinochips Diagnostics does not charge patients directly for laboratory services.
